The person is stressed because he is unable to get class room training due to several reasons such as age, having a full time job or having financial concerns, can opt for online learning. Online learning can be done anywhere, anytime and at the convenience of the student. One can even select courses that are free. They can choose from a varied list of teachers who are academically qualified and take their guidance to improve themselves.

One needs to understand in a child needs to feel safe in his surroundings so that he will be able to learn better. If he or she does not feel safe in the environment he is learning, automatically the brains work on self protection than on concentration on work. Online learning helps in providing this safe environment by having classes in the house itself which is safest for any child.

Other methods include:

  1. Parents need to have a calm composure in front of the child. It automatically makes the child more centered and in comfort
  2. Maintain consistency in your life. The more scheduled life , less stress as there is more control on day to day activities
  3. Have at least eight hours of sleep
  4. Encourage activities of de-stressing every day. Do something that you love to do, be it reading, movies, playing anything that relaxes the mind. It can also include yoga and daily meditation

The more the relaxed environment, the less one feels the stress. How does stress affect learning? Yes it surely can. But the above ways can actually make one more focused and concentrated to get things done at a comfortable speed.
