What is Online Whiteboard and Collaboration Tool?

An online whiteboard is a software that presents a blank white screen where you can write text, draw pictures and present animation. Online whiteboard consists of various tools that help you to interact with others. They were as follows -

Selection Tool:- It is used to select an object from the list.

Pointing Tool:- It is used to point the selected object.

Brush:- It is used to color the object.

Highlight:- It is used to highlight the selected text.

Add Shapes:- You can easily add any shapes from the list provided.

There were 18 types of shapes i.e. rectangle, triangle, circle, straight line, rhombus, pentagon, hexagon, parallelogram, trapezium, cube, cylinder, cone, polygon, sector, left, right, up and down arrow.

Text tool:- It enables the user to input text information to be used by the program.

Add grid:- It is used to add grid if user wants.

Eraser:- It is used to erase the text that is not in use.

Add Symbols:-You can add symbols and formula.

Delete:- It is used to delete the selected object.

Reset:- It is used to reset the things back to a new white screen.

Background color: - It is used to change the background color of the whiteboard.

Undo:- It erases the last change done to the document reverting it to an older state.

Redo:- It is used to do the last change done to the document again.

Image:- It is used to insert an image.

Color:- It is used to color the text and object.

Setting:- It has three option i.e. copy, paste and delete.

Full Screen:- It is used to view the white board in large size.

Online Whiteboard is very simple to use as it is user-friendly. It can be used in business, conferences, schools, colleges, etc.
